Basic Modern Furniture Set

More ports from the Sims4.
Had to do some editing to make a few things work. Overall, we need furniture for TF2 and Sims4 is a close match.
All the models are default sized to fit naturally with TF2 characters but you're more than welcomed to use it in any project. You will just have to scale the size down or up to fit your needs.
