Fix audio after minimizing game

If you minimize the game, for example to change controller settings, the in-game audio might be broken when reopening the game.

To restore the audio, go to the Display settings and change the Fullscreen option at least once.
Now, audio is back.

I've had this issue in Mafia 3 a few times, and sometimes i have to go in and out of full screen mode more than once to fix it. Same engine as Mafia 1 so I assume it is still applicable.

I noticed this workaround does not work in all scenarios. During some missions, like during the race, it won't resolve the missing audio.
