Adds the ability for high prowess characters to train their wards

After reading through the comments I plan on adding an age debuff to the training so that you wont have an 8 year old with 25 prowess. I'll flesh it out with localization to let you know by reading the event how his/her age will effect the training. Look out for the update.

• This will add a character interactions to your wards who meet the prowess requirements allowing you to train them, based on your characters prowess.
• Person doing the training must have at least 10 prowess
• Person receiving the training must be at least 8 years old, and not have been trained in the last 6 months to be eligible.
• It wont let you make them a legendary blademaster, but this will at least add some RP to having a line of warrior kings
• AI should do it
• This mod and my mod other mod Pull Out are a part of a larger project to add more RP options to the game.


Future Plans

• Make it more Prowess based, rather than relying on mostly the Blademaster trait (DONE)
• More varying outcomes
