The Recipe is under Ancient tab and Un-Prototypable.

4 Thulecite + 3 Purple Gem + 20 Nightmare Fuel = Blueprint of Ancient Station.

First, You need to craft it at "native" Ancient PseudoScience Station in Ruins.
Take it back to surface.
Plant it anywhere for "your" Ancient PseudoScience Station.
