L4D1 Item HUD Icons - Last Stand Update

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ
HUD icons for the first aid kit, pain pills, pistol, and dualies from the original Left 4 Dead. These items don't use iconsheet.vtf anymore as of the Last Stand update, which is why I've uploaded them adjusted for the new format.

if you have any issues with this (i.e hud icons are still default or a box with a line through it) just restart your game

You can look for l4d2 in the dynamic and find icons like l4d1.

The pipebomb and molotov icons are literally the same ones in both games. The bilebomb is not in l4d1, it has no icon from that game.
