GPuzzle's Carthage (Mago)

This civ has too many bugs to be playable.
1. The extra trade routes from Great Generals and Great Admirals work only partially. You can get perhaps two extra trade routes from them but after that, using their special ability consumes them but does not add any more trade routes. I consumed probably 8 of them but still ended up at 11 trade routes in the late game, one of which came from Petra.
2. Balearic Slingers do not get any bonus XP from trade routes. It does not matter if the trade route is internal, with a city-state or with another major civ.
3. The Tophet's +25% CS and -1 population ability does not work. Nothing happens, regardless of whether happiness is positive, zero or negative.
4. The UA does not work agains barbarians.

If everything worked, this would be an interesting civ.

Just played a game with Mago as enemy and was also able to expand great generals for extra trade routes.
