Field Marshal Gyorgy Klapka

The not so famous Gyorgy Klapka was the Hungarian War Minister in the Hungarian Revolutionary War of 1848-1849. He was the man who thought of the Spring offensives and pushed the Austrian Armies back to Vienna before the Russian involvement.

In the future I do plan on making similar mods to this with different countries(e.g. Bolivar for Columbia, Suvorov for Russia, and other leaders for each country I have done so far). If you have any other general/country suggestions please also put those in the comments.
