Introduction
Hello Open Hexagoner,

why did this little guide get this headline? Well if you want survive in Open Hexagon, then it's good to make your life easier so you can survive better at the beginning. It also has the effect, if you're quickly demotivated, that your motivation goes up because you're surviving longer. Sounds logically, right? Okay, let's continue reading.
Main Part
Common mistakes & the withbrought solutions:
1. You're focusing on the walls first & after that, the actual destination, the gap, is in your focus - waste of time. You can improve that!

Solution: Simply focus on the gaps - gaps are also building patterns (I call it "inverted patterns") & in the end you only have to focus, in the case of one Hexagon with one gap, onto 1 part of 6 parts.

2. You don't move with the rhythm / beat. The rhythm / beat is often included.

Solution: It's individually from level to level, find it out as soon as possible & get the rythm. Messing around with the level can be also funny :D! You must discover the secret effects of the rythm :magic:.

3. You're thinking too much while playing. Before moving your curser, you're probably thinking "oh my good what to do?" or you're simply blocked by doing nothing useful ( e.g. not moving your cursor ) because you're overhelmed in some way.

Solution: Don't ask yourself this question anymore or don't let yourself be blocked by nothing - where nothing is, can be something ( e.g. a movement ). Simply do it! "Do it" means testing & not thinking! Since it's a game, you can think about your mistakes after you've done your mistakes.
This solution is a general advice but maybe you're reading it for the first time & it gets useful for you :).
Final Word
I hope, that I could simply add some additional & maybe useful information for beginners because I'm not a beginner ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i485LXc1KVE ), who just wanted to share some game specific and general game advice.

Furthermore, I published this information voluntarily without trying to portray beginners or professionals in a bad way & therefore you shouldn't give this guide a negative vote but if so, your comments, including your reasoning, are always liked as long as they make any sense in whatever direction ( e.g. the guide wasn't useful because ... you could improve ... . ).

Last but not least, you can keep one suggestion for improvement for yourself: Improve your English. I really only accept this suggestion for improvement if English is your native language & if you're not only stating out, that my English could be improved. Troll or childish comments will be deleted.

Compliments are also welcomed!

Sincerely 17ThedarkLord.

Kind Regards :).

Another good comment is to consistently note what direction the objects are spinning at, because if you wanna do a 180 degree turn quickly, you should follow the direction they're following

I would also like to add a tip for slightly more advanced players. To play fast levels, you shouldn't focus on the closest wall pattern, but instead read the walls at the edges of the screen. Its a bit tricky to do at first because you have to plan your movements in advance, but once you can do it decently, you have more time to react to patterns.
