[OBSOLETE] Plattenbau Berlin QP 59-10

Hello Folks,

todays asset is a collaboration with AmiPolizeiFunk to create one of Berlins iconic Plattenbau blocks.

Built all around East-Berlin after 1959, this block shaped the city for decades to come. Especially the Karl-Marx-Allee wouldn't be the same without these prefabs.
Now mostly renovated, there are still some blocks with the original facade, like I created here.


Now for the model:

This asset consists of 4 modular parts, placing them
end_left - middle_left - middle_right - end_right
recreates the arrangement of the original.
To place the 4 blocks next to each other, you will need the Move IT! mod.
It is also possible to place the parts next to each other with the use of the grid and Anarchy. Using this technique grants you perfect flush seams.
All of these blocks share the same base texture file, so users of the Loading Screen Mod can save on RAM here.

All blocks have detailed entrances, color mapped balconies and are RICO enabled. Each part has 30 homes.
