@IsraSpheal have you checked in the starting area? I couldn't find the fifth tape too, and it was in plain sight, near the blue containers in the middle of the short track defined by orange cones!

Been to every cassette marker in Finland free-roam and i still only have 4/5 cassettes

what does collecting all collectables do other than a free roam map an achievement?

Thank you a lot, I was beginning to despair because in Finland I did not know where the last cassette was and I had no idea about the van, I passed a thousand times I saw it a thousand times and I had never realized that it was the collectible. you are a hero!
