@edwardkenway it was pretty laggy when i first started the game but it got better after some playtime, not quite sure why. there are some fixes regarding the lagspikes in ffxv in youtube if you are still having some performance problems.

@lenalee its in altissia tho you need cheat engine to go there, its normally inaccessible in the game its only seen during the cutscene where luna is holding a speech
