Two Rivers Plaza Left [RICO]

A 6x10 Level 1 RICO commercial building. Employs 30, has predictable stats. A lovely piece of American retail real estate. Based loosely on the Two Rivers Plaza in Bolingbrook, Ill - though this mirror version of the right side of the building is not an IRL feature. It's just there if you need more mall. : D

The facade has several custom retail sign props, which are part of a separate subscription. Additionally, there are some custom lights, which are part of another subscription - check the dependencies.

Other than that, there are a few vanilla lights and several entry points, corresponding to each retail entrance.

No DLC required.
