1. Acces this steam community thread: https://steamproxy.net/groups/100pAG/announcements/detail/3736236049745868394, and search for the comment that refers to cheat engine.

3. This might differ, but after you've done everything above, you might need replacing the game's original files with those you've downloaded. If you've done everything right, just start the game through Steam.

I also recommend using the 17th July 2018 version, as that worked for me and people say that's when they fixed the achievement, before it was broken again.
