Install Nvidia PhysX Legacy System Software 9.13.0604 https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/physx/physx-9-13-0604-legacy-driver/.
Might need to restart your computer after.

► English version

I encountered some problems with this version:

• Limited available resolutions
  
• Audio bugs: Barrel explosions can rip your ears
  
• Difficulties to change some keybindings, it keeps setting it to Left Mouse Button: workaround is to spam left click and the desired key
  
• Crouch was on Right Ctrl which is insane
  
• And you have to crouch (or jump) to get through a lot of doors in the game! Weird design or bug ? Even a companion NPC get stuck!

- Configure the game: Start config.exe from the game folder, the max resolution that worked for me on a 1080p monitor was 1280x1024, you can set all graphic settings to max.
- Check that the game works: Start the game dusk.exe and wait for it to load, it can be quite slow.

- If it doesn't work, I recommend updating the audio library, audiere to 1.9.4 (from 1.9.3) http://audiere.sourceforge.net/download.php or https://sourceforge.net/projects/audiere/files/audiere/.
Just in case, backup the original audiere.dll from the game folder before replacing it with /bin/audiere.dll from the downloaded archive audiere-1.9.4-win32.zip

► Russian version patched with files from the english version

The russian version works great:

• Lots of available resolutions
  
• Audio: seems fine and the library audiere is already at 1.9.4
  
• Changing keybindinds works fine
  
• Crouch is on Left Ctrl
  
• But you still have to crouch (or jump) to get through a lot of doors in the game!

Patching the russian version with english files worked fine for me, but I didn't fully test it

- Make a copy of the game: Copy "Dusk 12" folder containing the english version to a folder like "Dusk 12 - Copy"
- Use Steam to update to the russian version: right click on the game in your library, Properties, Language tab and select Russian
- If you copied the game correctly, Steam will only update the required files instead of downloading the whole game again

- Configure the game: Start config.exe and select your resolution, I played game at 4K (3840x2160), all graphic settings to max
- Check that the game works: Start the game dusk.exe and wait for it to load, it can be quite slow.

- Copy and replace files from the following folders from the english to the russian version

• /txt : to get the english texts
  
• /TEXTURES : to get the english menus
  
• /VIDEO : to get the english cutscenes
  
• /SOUNDS : to get the english voices

In game, hit the tilde key "~" to open the console

• fov : get the current FOV value (default 55)
  
• fov 70 : set the FOV to 70 (it reset to default at every load, even quick reload)
