Better Metabolism [Fixed]

I've been using No Mercy's "Better Metabolism" Mod for a while, but recently ran some tests and concluded that his version was draining hunger faster than intended. This re-upload is intended to fix the issue.

Gives you the power to be more or less hungry!
Change your hunger drain by intervals of 10% up to a maximum of 200%

10% = Minimal Hunger Drain
