Classic ship from the Canadian childrens show Theodore Tugboat! If you remember the strange knockoff of Thomas the Tank engine, this is the tugboat for you! Made from Iron & Titanium only, so its cheap for early game station-moving and asteroid hauling.

notes: left some room for turret mounts on the deck/rear for pushing/pulling (or if you just want to use it, it turns pretty good, even when sized up to 200%) could use some more inertial dampeners, but left it pretty standard otherwise. Should have enough power for a few systems
