Launch Option Codes to Increase Fps

1) + fps_max 0 (Removes FPS limitation)
2) + cl_showfps 1 (Shows your in-game fps value)
3) -high (Sets the game's process priority in windows to high)
4) -novid (Disables the intro that was shown when opening the game)
5) -nod3d9ex (Very elaborate term but provides 20 to 30 fps increase)
6) + mat_queue_mode 2 (It provides an increase of fps according to most users, I recommend it works too)
7) -refresh / -refreshrate / -freq (Example: if your monitor is 60Hz, type one of these: -refresh 60 / -refreshrate 60 / -freq 60)
8) -nojoy (Disables joystick detection)
9) + r_dynamic 0 (In short; dynamic lighting optimization (+ fps))
10) -console
11) -threads (You choose how many cores of your processor to use Example: If your processor has 8 cores-> -threads 8)
12) -fullscreen (Above Name)
13) + cl_interp 0 (+ fps)
14) + cl_interp_ratio 1 (+ fps)
15) + cl_updaterate 128 (128 tick setting + fps)
16) + cl_forcepreload 1 (prevents you from experiencing fps drops when moving to different regions in maps)
17) -lv (turns off blood effect (+ fps)
