Hey everyone! This is a re-upload of my unit pack, I am just uploading them individually to work out some file issues. Please unsubscribe from the pack version and just subscribe to this one and the second (brown) version, cheers!

It is both growable and RICO compatible-level 1 high density residential block 2x3.

I have added the trees and cars in-game, the subscribed version will come as a blank lot. Feel free to edit them yourselves later in-game, but please do not re-upload them.

Big thanks to Hamma085 for helping me out through this whole process and getting into releasing assets.

Apologies for the confusion guys, I had to re-upload due to errors with the pack. For some reason steam could not read the two files together?
I guess I will upload files individually now to save the hassle. Let me know if there's anymore issues, cheers!
