Nyx Assassin in my mind is meant to be able to farm off creeps and later game jungle. You can jungle well enough after you get Orchid. Also this build is really meant to increase Nyx's stun time to maximum while taking down the enemy's armor as fast as possible. Also you have blink dagger to rush in, use the impale and get out if really needed.
