I haven't tried the guide mentioned here specifically, but I did go ahead and add in a mystic to my line-up. Her Refresh skill is very useful in keeping the Nurse MP up near max, which basically means longer runs since you're able to heal up. Of course, it's possible that without Mystic and Refresh, if I had the line-up mentioned in this guide, maybe it makes Mystic not be needed.
