Getting the achievement

The first question is how to get it?

Answer: You will need to spend 3 hours in each of the following places on the Developer Level, which are the Area, Museum, and shooting Range.

Ahh, you can get the achievement while pausing the game. :)

I'm not quite sure, but my advice would be to just play for the amount of time in those places which have been noted.

Does pausing the game with ESC affect the achievement at all? I paused my game a few times to check out some guides for the challenges.
