EpsTweak for Civilizations: Rise and Fall

Descrizione
EpsTweak is a series of small mods that tweak the balance of Civ 6. Rather than put all of them into one hefty package, I've split them into small fragments to allow you to make your own custom rulesets.

This mod changes the balance of civilizations from Rise & Fall:

Georgia
Glory of the World, Kingdom and Faith: Each city now receives a Free Builder for every new level of walls it builds for itself.

Korea
Three Kingdoms: Mines adjacent to Seowons gain +1 Production instead of +1 Science.
Seowon Now starts with +4 Science and -4 Gold. Each adjacent district grants -1 Science and +2 Gold.

Mongolia
Mongol Horde: Now reads "Light Cavalry units start with the Caparison Promotion. Heavy Cavalry start with Charge. +1 Production from Pastures. Improvements over Horses provide +2 more Horses per turn."

Netherlands
Grote Rivieren: Campuses and Theater Squares no longer benefit from rivers. The bonus applies to Industrial Zones and Commercial Hubs instead.

Scotland
Bannockburn: Now reads "All units receive +2 Movement for 10 turns after declaring a Protectorate War, War of Liberation, or War of Reconquest. Your cities get +10% Culture while you are not at war with any other civilization."

Zulu
Amabutho: The effect that upgrades units into Corps/Army on city conquest is moved here from Isibongo.
Isibongo: Now reads "+3 Loyalty in cities with a garrisoned unit, increasing to +5 if the garrisoned unit is a Corps or Army. +1 Culture in each city at full Loyalty."
