Silencer is a pretty annoying hero to play against in general because his abilities damage and affect mana. This is a build for a support Silencer and I recommend playing him in the off-lane, (Top for Radiant, bottom for Dire) but he works in the safe lane as well. While laning, be sure to cast Last Word first on the enemy carry then Curse of the Silent on them if Last Word finishes. Also, keep an eye on the mini map and be prepared to use Global Silence when you're not around, it could save your allies.
