解説
A mysterious disease has spread rapidly through the streets of Miami overnight, indiscriminately turning people from tax-paying citizens to mind-rotten savages exhibiting rabies-like symptoms. Can Jacket make his way out of the city armed with nothing but a kitchen knife, or will he succumb the hordes of monsters outside?

1 four-floored level with an intro sequence. Short and easy. 32X full-map combo possible.
