描述
Developed for a underground intelligence agency, hard to find, but able to be bought under-the-table.

Payday 2's Vector. It packs a bigger punch than the M9k Extras one, but has a slower reload.

CREDITS

Arctic - ArcCW
Mazima Gofo - Porting this from INS2 and fixing it up, animations.
Me - Fixing up irons and some size problems, trivia.
