They will spawn if you choose commercial products from the drop down list. Each unique industry needs separate settings for them to work. I choose commercial as it seemed to fit the best.

They look sooooooooooooooo nice! Loving your work... I know this is just another annoying request but could you make an easyjet a319/20 because I'm sure many people will use it as it's one of the biggest airlines in Europe...
