Fix Shattered Ring Decision

Mod allows to remove the Interloper from Shattered Ring origin with a planetary decision, fix the shattered segment, set a proper ring segments sequence and make the starting ring segment of your graphical culture and not some rando dead precursor's.

The decision can be upgraded, it'll depends on what level of mining tech owner has, if empire has mega engineering tech and combinations of the techs shown on the 4th image. All that will change how long it'll take to dismantle the Interloper and how much minerals you'll salvage from it. If you want to send me a translation, ping me in Stellaris Modding Den.

Ring's shipset is from an all round amazing Machine Shipset.

If you want just having shipset for ring without fixing ring whole, would recommend Ringworld Graphical Enhancements, is fancy and also change broken segment to an unique broken version, if shipset has one, like Machine Shipset. Would still recommend to have it and put before this mod for a fancy looking[i.imgur.com] habitable planet chunk, with clouds and gaia landscape.

Works with Gigastructures.

Overwrites: nothing.

Require a new game.

Not Ironman comparable.

Localizations: English, Русская, 简体中文, Français

Gratz to Karlov for a russian loc,

Lonely_DM for a chinese one,

And Cerodan for a french translation.

Can you possibly make something similar for shattered planets since Giga structures doesn't work in 3.13.1 anymore? I really want to keep using the G.L.U.E project but I didn't want to put my game back to the previous version only to break when I update it back

@Neithan Diniem, I honestly always found amusing how lowering guaranteed world for shattered ring, break more of the ring into fixable segments. It's a nice touch

Confused myself at first with this, added it and saw when I started I had no habitable segments and thought it was because of the mod. No Im just a fool and forgot I had turned off guaranteed habitable worlds, forgetting that that affects the ring segments.

I think this mod is broken? I just loaded into a game on Shattered Ring and I had like 15 options to repair the shattered ring and a ton of first contact notis as well. I'm not sure why this would happen, or if it's some weird mod combination, but I think this needs another look.
