A quick step-by-step guide taken off of Kitokys "All Bosses" Glitchless speedrun. I find things easier for me whenever they're presented in a text form, so I'm going to provide all the steps taken, which will also help you hit the Bronze Medal achievement.

Introduction

Hi,

I'm Eerie Goes D and this is my first ever guide.
I'm going to be doing a quick step-by-step guide taken off of Kitokys "All Bosses" Glitchless World Record speedrun. I find things easier for me whenever they're presented in a text form, so I'm going to provide all the steps taken, which will also help you hit the Bronze Medal achievement.

Go to Game Options and disable "Show How to Play"
Defeat the Warden of The Silent Sorrow
Go to The Holy Line

The Holy Line

Get the Verdiales of the Forsaken Hamlet
Go to Albero

Albero

Ascend the Mea Culpa statue
Go to Desecrated Cistern

Disecrated Cistern

Go to Mountains of The Endless Dusk

Mountains of The Endless Dusk

Defeat the Mini-Boss Perpetva
Go to Jondo

Jondo

Upon entering Jondo, defeat the lady with the Bells and pull the lever on the left. Go back, ride the platform to the left and exit on the left side of the screen.
Defeat the Bell Lady, go through the ladders and activate the Prie Dieu.
Go around the area counter-clockwise and active the lever on the right side of the screen (pull the lever above you before leaving down.
Go down once more.
Go through this area and leave by the upper-right ladder,
Go through this area, climbing the ladder on your right and destroying the first statue.
Leave by the left side and activate the lever nearby.
Go through the newly opened shortcut, pass by the big bell and leave the area by the south-western ladder going downwards.
Go down and left.
Defeat the Bell Lady, get the Empty Bile Vessel from below and pull the lever below that as well.
Exit by the left side and upgrade your life pots by the Sanguine Fountain.
Go back and up the ladder. Destroy the 2nd statue Go up the ladder.
Exit by the ladder above and to another ladder above to Mountains of The Endless Dusk.

Pull the lever and exit left.
Don't activate this Prie Dieu because you're going to load the game from the main menu soon.
Continue left to Brotherhoord of the Silent Sorrow

Go left and activate the Mea Culpa statue.
Quit to the Main Menu and reload.

Jondo

Exit by the right side, then exit by the upper ladders to get to Mountains of The Endless Dusk.

Speak to Redento to receive the Fourth Toe made of Limestone
Equip it and the Verdiales prayer as well.
Quit to the main menu and reload.

Jondo

Exit down and destroy the main bell.

Grievance Ascends

Activate the Prie Dieu if needed,
Go down and exit right, defeating the Condemned on the bridge.
Go down and right, defeating the Tizonas on the bridge.
Go down and right. Cross the bridge.
Go down and right. Activate the Prie Dieu
Defeat the Tres Angustias boss.
Go right and get the Holy Wound of Contrition
Go right to Desecrated Cistern

Pull the lever and go right. Get the life upgrade.
Ride the elevator and go right.
Pull the lever and go back to Albero

Go right to Wasteland of the Buried Churches

Go to Where Olive Trees Wither

Go to the Graveyard of the Peaks

Make your way up, using a prayer to kill the Wakeful Alcove
Go upwards and use another prayer to destroy another Wakeful Alcove.
Exit right after climbing.
Climb and exit left.
Climb up, use a prayer to destroy the Wakeful Alcove
Destroy the secret wall on the right and enter the room. Exit the room.
Go up and left.
Make your way to Convent of Our Lady of the Charred Visage

Go left and enter the north-eastern room. Use the Prie Dieu for precaution, if needed.
Go up the ladder on the right, dodging and ignoring the flame pots.
Go up and left.
Go left.
Go around and exit downards on by the ladder.
Exit upwards on the north-western ladder.
Go left.
Go up and right.
Activate the Prie Dieu
Defeat Our Lady of the Charred Visage
Exit right. Get the Holy Wound of Compunctions
Go all the way to the right and activate the Mea Culpa Statue
Buy the Last Words and Sacred Thrust upgrade.
Use the lever and exit downwards.
Go left.
Go through the south-eastern room.
Go right to Graveyard of the Peaks

Ride the levator down.
Go right.
Activate the Prie Dieu.
Exit right.
Exit to Where Olive Trees Wither.

Go to Wasteland of the Buried Churches.

Go down and right (on the second door down)
Go right and enter Mercy Dreams

Mercy Dreams

Keep going down and enter the second door on the right.
Go around the room and exit left.
Exit right.
Go around the room and exit left.
Go down and enter the room on the right.
Go around the room and exit down.
Activate the Prie Dieu
Defeat Ten Piedad
Exit left.
Get the Holy Wound of Attrition.
Exit right back to the Prie Dieu and exit by the upper left ladder.
Go back to the staircase and open the switch.
Keep going up, opening another switch and going back to Wasteland of the Buried Churches.

Exit left and enter the upper door on the right.
Exit right, entering the Bridge of the Three Cavalries

Activate the Prie Dieu if you feel like it, for precaution (a boss battle is coming up)
Go right and defeat Esdras, of the Anointed Legion
Exit right.
Go up the platforms and through the door on your right, entering Patio of the Silent Steps

Activate the Prie Dieu
Exit right.
Go around and exit right.
Exit right.
Exit right, entering the Knot of the Three Words

Exit by the right to enter Mother of Mothers

Exit by the lower right door to enter the Library of Negated Words.

Library of Negated Words

Go down and enter the left door.
Enter the upper left door.
Activate the Prie Dieu and go left.
Go through the levers and the door on the upper left.
Go down and destroy the floor on the ground to get the Empty Bile Vessel
Exit left.
Go through the levers and exit left.
Destroy the secret wall on the left and upgrade the pots in the Sanguine Fountain.
Go down the ladders and exit left.
Exit left.
Go down the ladders, activate the switch and exit right, entering The Sleeping Canvases.

The Sleeping Canvases

Activate the Prie Dieu if needed.
Exit right.
Exit by the upper right (just in front of where you start).
Exit right.
Exit by the upper right. (if you want to save first since there's a boss fight coming, there's a Prie Dieu by the upper left room.
Defeat Exposito, Scion of Abjuration.
Exit right, entering the Library of the Negated Words.

Pull the lever and ride the elevator up.
Exit left and use the Mea Culpa statue.
Go back, enter the door on your right and pick the Embossed Mask of Crescente.
Exit right.
Destroy the wall and exit right.
Go up the ladders and exit left. entering the Mother of Mothers.

Mother of Mothers

Go up the platform and enter the door on the right.
Exit right.
Wander around the platforms and use the ladder leading upwards.
Exit left.
Exit left.
Exit left (just in front of you).
Exit left (the second door up) and activate the Prie Dieu.
Go up the plaforms and enter the door on the upper right, activating the Mea Culpa statue.
Buy the Sacred Lounge, Sinful Wrath and Holy Wrath upgrade.
Go back, go by the door on the left and defeat Melquiades, the Exhumed Archbishop
Go left and get the Deformed Mask of Orestes
Exit left.
Use the ladder going upwards, entering the Archcathedral Rooftops.

Activate the Prie Dieu, if needed.
Exit right.
Exit by the upper right door.
Exit right.
Give the items to the statue and ride the elevator up (pull the right lever up first).
Pull the right lever once more to go up once more.
Exit left.
Activate the Prie Dieu and exit left.
Go down and exit left.
Exit left and enter the Wall of the Holy Prohibitions.

Wall of the Holy Prohibitions

Defeat the two bosses and exit left.
Activate the Prie Dieu if needed and descend the ladder (although I don't suggest activating this Prie Dieu, since you're going to have to reload the game in a while back to the Archcathedral Rooftops. You're going to have to defeat an upcoming boss, so if you don't feel comfortable with it, I recommend you activating this Prieu Dieu and then backtrack manually to the Rooftops.
Move right and drop down the hole, entering the platform on the left while you're falling, and the door.
Drop down the floor and grab the Key of the Secular. Exit by the door.
Enter the door on your left.
Destroy the secret wall on your left and enter the newly revealed door.
Exit left.
Descend the ladders and exit right.
Pull the lever and run to the platform on the left. Climb on it.
Enter the door on your left.
Enter another door on your left.
Grab the Key of the Scribe and exit back to the lever on the lower level. Exit on the left.
Climb the stairways on the left side and enter the next door on the left.
Defeat the enemies on the left side, pull the lever and ride the platform.
Pull the lever here but don't ride the elevator down. Move to the right instead and enter the door.
Enter the door on the lower level and activate the switch.
Drop down and to the left - ride the elevator back up. Enter the left door.
Enter the door on the left.
The floor will crumble and you must defeat Quirce, Returned By The Flames.
Exit left, go up the platforms and activate the switch on the right. Enter the door on the right.
Grab the Key of the High Peaks and enter the door on the left.
Exit right.
Go all the way to the right and enter the door.
Climb the ladder.
Exit left.
Use the Key of the High Peaks and ride the platform up to the Convent of Our Lady of the Charred Visage

Exit left.
Pull the lever and climb the ladders up, exiting left.
Get the Mirrored Mask of Dolphos and exit to the main menu. Reload the game.

Archcathedral Rooftops

Use the Prie Dieu to restore any health pots and exit right.
Use the on the elevator statue and ride the platform up.
Exit right.
Defeat Crisanta of the Wrapped Agony.
Exit right to Deambulatory of His Holiness.

Deambulatory of His Holiness

Activate the Prie Dieu and exit right.
Defeat His Holiness Escribar.
Defeat the Last Son of the Miracle
GGWP!

Conclusion

Interesting idea to go to Grievance Ascends first and Mercy Dreams last. I'm now very curious to try it out!
