描述
This is the third entry into my Pittsburgh Bungalow series based on housing stock found in and around Pittsburgh, PA. This 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath home comes to you from the Bethel Park suburb, and was built in 1934. Very few bungalows were built after around 1930, and this one is most certainly not in the Craftsman style -I would classify it as a Cottage Style bungalow, but I don't know if that is 100% accurate.

There are no lot variations included with this one. The actual house has an integral garage in the basement. They are minimally decorated with props to allow you to add your own personal touch. Four color variations are included for additional variety.

This is a great house, like all your bungalows - and I continue to be impressed by your efficient designs, so much detail in so few triangles. // I'm curious why this doesn't count as Craftsman - I mean, the most typical Craftsman would have exposed rafters and more ornate porch pillars, and I usually see a front-facing porch gable with this clipped-gable dormer, but overall it seems to me like it qualifies. Of course, I'm in Seattle, which has a huge obsession with Craftsman style - most new builds are Craftsman revival - so we may have stretched the description to include houses that wouldn't count elsewhere :)
