ill tell you why people hate survivalists.

THEY ARE BAD AT THE GAME

thats right, people who suck ass at the game say things like "I BAN SURVIVALIST FROM MY SERVERS THEY'RE SO BAD", "I VOTEKICK WHEN I SEE SOMEONE PLAY SURVIVALIST!".

if you encounter these people saying anything like this, i want you to know, they are worthless as people! yeah i said it. these people are META SLAVES. they use stuff like demolitions, swat, gunslinger, and never use anything else because they're the "best classes." these people need to rely on the game basically letting them win, i mean really, how pathetic is that. they need crazy ♥♥♥♥ like an extra 50% damage for getting crouching and standing still (wow that sure takes alot of skill), heavy armor, free health, they NEED this, and since these people take this game so seriously, if people arent playing like they are they will KICK you for playing a class that requires skill. if you're one of these people, how about you grow a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brain, you dumb ♥♥♥♥♥, and start getting good at the game, instead of relying on skills that let you effortlessly kill a fleshpound on 6 man HOE. YOU'RE NOT GOOD AT THE GAME, YOU'RE USING CRUTCHES, YOU ARE BAD AT THE VIDEOGAME KILLING FLOOR 2 MADE BY TRIPWIRE INTERACTIVE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? YOU ARE BAD AT THE GAME. YOU ARE BAD AT THE GAME. YOU ARE PLAYING A NO-SKILL CRUTCH CLASS. YOU ARE BAD AT THE GAME. UNDERSTAND THESE TRUTHS. YOU ARE BAD AT THE GAME.

this is a coping mechanism, when they see someone whos ACTUALLY good at the game (i.e all survivalist players) they start having a stroke because its not META.

let me break down what "META" means.

M - MOST
E - EFFECTIVE
T - TACTIC
A - AVAILABLE

this is what these meta slaves thrive off of. if what they are doing is not the "MOST EFFECTIVE TACTIC AVAILABLE" (in laymans terms, a technique, playstyle, or weapon that lets you win the game ez pz), they can not and will not beat the game, because they are bad. that's the harsh truth.

tldr:

people hate survivalist because it takes skill that they can never achieve, so they cope by saying its the worst class in the game

using survivalist imbues you with never before seen power. since you are not forced to a single, overpowered play style you will get better at the game at a rate exponentially higher than any other class, since you are not using broken, op sad cringe like the meta slaves do.




this is the unfortunate reality for survivalist players. meta slaves will kick you before you even get to show them how much you can hard carry their entire team by being the best killing floor 2 player in the universe

HOWEVER

if you do not get insta kicked by sweaty 500 pound "gamers" who cant get out of their chair without help, the survivalist thrives when it comes to patching up the teams weaknesses mid-wave, something no other class can realistically do.

they can take on the role of trash killing, large zed destroying, tank, and field medic all at the same time, since they can hold more equipment and use all equipment more effectively. since becoming a big ♥♥♥♥ big balls big brain survivalist main is hard, most people don't look any further into it than "♥♥♥♥♥♥ jack of all trades! Me use gunslinger yes i am good at the game yes" and then proceed to bottom score, zero kills, throws every match he plays. stupid ♥♥♥♥♥


this is the meat of the guide, this is why survivalist will make you the best KF2 player in the entire world

think about any game, halo for example, there are two different players

player A: has only played easy, has hundreds of hours

player B: has only played legendary, beat the game once

now, who do you think the better player is? thats right, the guy that only played legendary. player A could not go to heroic and clean house like player B could.

what im really saying is, not being a meta slave will make you better at the game at a faster rate, someone who only plays meta classes like gunslinger and field medic will not be as good as someone who uses survivalist, as the survivalist will have a harder time (at first) and thus be forced to get better faster if he decides to continue playing. he will also have experience with a diverse range of loadouts and play styles (if he decides to learn how to do that, if not thats your fault noob) and can pretty much carry any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game he wants at that point

while the lowly field medic only knows how to use healing darts that aim for him. sucks to be him l o l !

tldr: play survivalist only, you will become the best player in the universe

im going to look at reddit, where are the "smart" people reside, and see what they have to say against survivalist

hey adam, how does that soylent taste. taste good? the survivalist has an infinite skill ceiling, its the only class that lets you become a literal kf2 god that can do HOE with 6 player zed health solo. no other class lets you get that good because once you rely on the crutch you cant go back

the whole point of a discount is to get more "BANG FOR YOUR BUCK", hence why survivalist can decently do the job of 3 other classes at the same time
