"Coming all the way from Japan, Nico Nico enters the battle! Don’t get too close to Terebi-chan, as many devious tricks are hidden behind the cute face on its screen. The voice samples it emits are just a small sample of the toolset this little television has prepared for the tournament. With the sounds of Miku, Aniki, and many more, this contestant is ready to win the crown and go MAD with power!"

Terebi-chan is the mascot of the Nico Nico website. In Rivals, she acts as a mix-up character, with moves having many possibilities and outcomes!

Neutral Special: OtoMAD
Terebi's screen goes static, and depending on the input pressed, something appears on her screen.
Up: Ran Ran Ru!
Donald appears and throws 3 hamburgers upwards.
Down: Octagon!
Jack Black appears, and a stop sign appears around Terebi, stopping any opponents for half a second.
Side: Get♂️Your♂️Ass♂️Back♂️Here
Van appears, and a chain comes out of Terebi, dragging anyone in. The chain appears depending on the side chosen.
B: Atamaga Parn!
Airmoto appears on Terebi's screen, screaming her signature phrase. When she says parn, an explosion appears behind Terebi dealing high damage and knockback. High risk, high reward.

Side Special: Precious Stealing
Terebi produces a heart. If side B is pressed again, it’ll produce lightning, destroying it and damaging anyone near it.

Up Special: Farewell
Terebi gets on a broom and flies upwards. You can change your direction at the beginning of the flight, but otherwise, nothing special.

Down Special: Green Background
Terebi creates a green square. Using neutral special will instead have the given effect spawn there. Terebi is able to move during the effect as well. Holding shield will force it to come out of Terebi-chan instead. You can reposition an already existing square with Down B. After 3 uses, it leaves with a cooldown.
