This guide is my the second guide in series about how to have fun on top level!

As a matter of fact, there is nice tradition among the community members to make some presents to another random players, especially, when they are newbie or low-level characters.
I recieved my first gift at 5th level (lvl 10 pipe-bolt rifle with suppressor, hardened reciever, 200% durability) and than at level 28 (lvl 45 bloodied ultracite gatling laser).
Top-level players are often exchanged some stuff between each other (e.g. plans)
So, in this guide we would cosplay Mr. Prize-bot.

What should I gift?
1. Low level armor and weapon to low-level characters
You may craft such things to random low-level character, but be ready, that he/she may disappear any moment, because he/she do not know nothing about your intentions:)
2. Plans to low-level characters
From time to time I could find out in my inventory tens of different plans, the summary weight more than 10 pounds. Moreover, when scavenging Appalachia I meet different rare plans like robot armor parts. I am always taking them and gift later.
4. Rare outfits to any characters
Some rare outfits like white wolf fedora, which are good-looking.
5. Power armor to appropriate level characters
Sometimes, when traveling Appalachia you could find out parts of power armor or it's mods. Especially when you found out some Calibrated shocks mods or Targeting HUD mods. Then you may start some challenge to make full set of this armor by finding or crafting it's parts. You may repair this parts if you wish. I'm always try to paint T-51B in Nuka-Cola paint, T-60 in BOS paint.
So, I'm trying to make some better gift (to achieve as much good emotions as possible)
6. You may gift anything you want to anybody on your own taste.

How to gift?
1. Find out proper random player using you Map
2. Move to his/her location
This player could be in dungeon. So, think about your time.
3. Approach to this player and use greetings emotion from wheel (G)
4. Than use gift (trade) emotion from this wheel
5. Open your "Pip-Boy" and drop you gift to the ground (R) or place in some container (if possible)
Try to make this operation as fast as possible (gift 1-3 plans at 1st time, and then gift another 100500 plans), because new players are often got scared of your approach.
Try to point your gift-bag, using some gunshot.
Note: you would have some difficulties when you try to gift to 2nd level characters, but 5th+ level characters could take your gifts much faster, because they are already aware about bags (you need to die 1st time to understand how to accept a gift in this game:)

Sometimes you could travel to some person, who do not need your gift. So, you decided to present T-45 power armor to some level 53 player, but when approached you have noticed, that he equipped in T-65. In this case I would try to make this present to another player.

How to refuse accepting gift?
Sometimes wee need to refuse (known plans or explosive ammo). In this case use emotion "No" from wheel menu (G). The animation of this emotion is not the best for this case, but we have no other instrument to show the refuse.

Note: top level players should not take known plans, which were gifted to low-level characters (that is usual situation at events). I know, that you could sell them for high price, but this is not the level of pride, we are awaiting from top-level players!

6. Next set was without right leg, so I have to make it

8. Of course , there were no level 50 players on server:
9. And this last player sells thru vending machine full set of level 25 Excavator power armor (without torso part) for the price of 100 caps each part, so I decided to buy and gift this nice armor set to random level 25 player.
10. I have found out chassis with raider torso. I crafted excavator torso instead of it.
11. So, the happy level 27 winner was found after event:
12. And finally 3 pounds of plans should be gifted to low-level character

Note: Until now I have gifted about 80 different power armor sets, hundreds of outfits and thousands of plans/recipes. Gifting - is one of my primary goals in this empty-content game. Because of boring top tier gameplay.
