Is there any mod i can add that doesn't make them go flying when they die

everytime I try to change the top or bottom to a different pattern, it's untextured, how do I fix that?

when i use this with bio annihilation 2 and i spawn in an infected citizen sometimes the clothes, like a pair of pants or a shirt on an npc are missing textures. idk if this is something with this or something with bio annihilation 2 but either way just letting you know that theres some sort of incompatibality

Is just a npc pack or a pm too ?

this makes sense because in half life alyx you can see citizens wearing normal clothes
