@Pickle The high Lookout Posts are normally already visible when open the map. After visited an Lookout Post, the surrounding base Outposts reveal on the map as well..
Hopefully this helps

this is really good, thanks! Do you know where I can find the high resolution maps with only the outpost and lookout posts?
