Items and mods that I thought made the game look a little more like stuff in old gritty and cynical 1930s-1940s film noir media. There's also stuff thats just neat or makes the game a little spiffy (theres probably more that could be added that I just havent seen. Also, not everything matches and this was made cause someone asked me!)
