Farming the rope

The minigames are a great way to earn coins (up to 5 coins each time). To farm for the minigames select solo mode and start the first run (Snow Mountains)

It usually takes a few minutes for the rope to spawn. Needs a bit of patience but I think its the fastest way.
When the rope appears ...well ...grab it! Ohhh whats that? You just got an achievement. Lucky you.

Now 1 of the 3 minigames will start (for detailed explanation of the minigames see the next sections). Which game you get is totally random. After finishing the minigame you will return to the level. Now simply restart the run and start the whole process over again (don't worry you will keep the coins earned from the minigame).

Basketball

The goal of the game is the throw balls through the ring. There are different layouts. The easiest is probably when the basket is fixed low in the middle. On the other layouts I encountered the basket was either moving up and down or left and right.

You have 60 seconds and unlimited balls to score points. You need to score 10 points to get the maximum of 5 coins out of this game. This will also net you the MVP achievement.

And since you're already at it. Just grab a ball and fling yourself through the rim. Tada!

Cramped

The rules to this game are easy. There is a white box and you need to be in it. When done right than the box will turn green. There are different layouts for the game. The most easiest is the star shaped variant.

In this game you need to survive 5 rounds to win the maximum of 5 coins and to gain the SNUG achievement.

Let's Dance!

In this game you have to match the pose that is shown to you. This is fairly easy. Just press the left analog stick in the corresponding direction. To add a bit more depth to it you also need to watch the hands and press the shoulder buttons to grab and make a fist. Halfway through the speed will increase making this a bit more difficult. You need to be careful not to get stuck with one of your arms. If done right a green light will lit. Do it wrong and the light will be red.

You need to match every pose to earn the maximum of 5 coins. Additional this will grant you the ROCK STAR achievement.

Additional stuff

Puuhhh! Now that's done and you have collected a ton of coins you are set up to get two more achievements. Spend your coins on the machine and collect all the outfits.
