What you can do is:
- Go to your "Graphics Control Panel" and in "3D options" (this is a very general name, I don't know how to called it on English since my PC is on Spanish, sorry :/, but look something related to it!).
- Once you've opened the control panel, look for a VSYNC option on the "3D options", try to use the VSYNC of your graphics card and not the application's VSYNC (when i say "application's vsync", that would be the HL: AZ vsync).
That's the only thing I can think of, if you still have trouble, try to open a discussion with the "Support" tag and wait for someone on the HL: AZ answers you, they usually answer in no time. I hoped this helped you!
