You can find many XPS model from Deviantart XPS Group:

or

or search on DA with keyword "XPS Model DL", for excample: https://www.deviantart.com/search/deviations?order=most-recent&page=1&q=XPS%20Model%20DL

3. uses pmxconv to convert XPS model to PMX model

run "pmxconv", drag and drop xps model file to the path edit, and press button "Convert Now"
after convert it will display a message dialog, close the dialog, and you can found a new file named "xps_new.pmx" in the xps folder path.

4. Drag and Drop PMX model file to import

Drag and Drop PMX model file "xps_new.pmx" to DesktopMagicEngine "Manage Model">"Installed" listbox to import model and load it to desktop

5. Adjust Render Style of Model

Click right side button "Edit" , adjust Render style and graphic quality in edit model window.

[NOTE]: if you get a error message like this when drag and drop PMX model to import

you need uses PMXEditor to fix the bone name error by follow this guide

This is not "One Click", but good guide, nonetheless.
