Simple Self-Repairing Lightning Rod

Description
In 1.195.023, decoy functionality was changed to protect a radius of 50 meters rather than the grid they are on, this allows the functionality of lighting rods placed anywhere and will protect players/grids.

you could update this with an event controller to turn on/off the welder when the blast door is damaged

Does this also affect the lightening rod and antennas or is it JUST the decoy block?
