Sumin Longley (Hunter): Sumin was the last member to join the Order before its ultimate battle against Ulstryx, but in the final months of the campaign, Sumin found herself called on time and again to deliver the crushing sneak attack to take a major Gorgon off the board. With her quickened lifebow Heroncurve, she peppered minor Gorgons from afar, allowing Mithynna and Bera to focus on the real threats.

Udly Russet (Warrior): Udly was the original founder of the Order of the Purple Claim, one of the first to strike back against the Gorgon menace. She led countless battles against the Gorgons, inspiring her comrades with her powerful enchanted spear Greyspindle. After the death of her husband Jole, she became withdrawn. Finding love again with Tali Tod-Drena, she gave birth to a son, Kaltol. Returning to battle with renewed vigor, a lucky strike from an enraged Usrik severed her left arm and slew Tali. Udly realized her calling was elsewhere. She sought out a hermit said to help the lost find their way and was stunned to learn she was a seer, and a powerful one. The hermit showed her how her dreams could help to save the world, and Udly reluctantly left the Order to take on the mantle of the Dreamer in the Woods. Time and again, her dreams enabled her to foil the enemy's plans, helping the Order to hang on as Ulstryx slowly drowned the Yondering Lands.

Mithynna Dram (Warrior): Mithynna was the first member of the Order recruited by the original three. After Udly left, she became the notional leader of the band and fought in every major engagement afterward. At time the owner of cursed dagger Oath of Oldwane, she and Xander managed to destroy the thing in the Ghostforge of Oldwane. Later, on another adventure with Xander, she touched a magical spellthread font and become bluetouched. She was a terrof to her foes, swinging her greatspear Bloodthorn in broad arcs that could cleave several Gorgons at once. She died in personal combat against Ulstryx, striking a deadly blow as she was slain, and allowing the Order to destroy the Gorgon demigod once and for all.

Jole Stack (Hunter): Another of the original three members, died in the early days of the Order, he's the only Order member to be commerated with a tomb in the Yondering Lands

Kaltol Russet (Mystic): Son of Udly Russet and powerful mystic in his own right. Born under a curse, went on a quest to lifet it with his lover Sumin, only to accidentally free the Vulture Lord from his imprisonment. Kaltol became a powerful partner/rival to Xander in the final phases of the fight against Ulstryx, and the two whipped up a magical furor during the last battle.

Bera Rosethurst (Warrior): Recruited after Udly left the order to become the Dreamer in the Woods, Bera was a fixture on the battlefield, with her moonspear always at the ready, it was Bera who struck the final blow against Ulstryx before the shrine of Atona-Ma.

Shye Wickle (Mystic): Fought in only a few battles as Xander's apprentice. Mostly relegated to administrative duties, Shye frequently was partnered with Malmire on recruitment, scouting, and construction activities.

Malmire Cog (Hunter): Got a single battle in before being supplanted as the Order's primary Hunter by Sumin. Malmire was known for his construction work, finishing important bridges and mountain passes in the lead-up to the final battle against Ulstryx.

Xander Hews (Mystic): One of the original three members of the Order, Xander fought in every battle of the campaign. He was touched by a Gorgonoid in his early life, giving him a strange insight into the Gorgons. He became a master of stone and bone magic, flaying the enemy with his interfused magicks.
