I am not the original creator so I don't know any more than this. So all I have is this.
About skybox, it has been uploaded separately, so use this below.

I have a question, how can I use a .vmt file as a regular model? because I would really need a skybox from this map, but there are no skyboxes from the map itself and those from the add-on are in a .vmt file which is not a model but a texture
