He is an Echidna man, he has quills, pretty cool right?

I made this character because all my friends are making characters too, so this is all just for fun

I'll try to iron out all the issues, ugly textures and stuff later on.


SPECIALS

NSPECIAL: Shoot out a quill and spikeball

FSPECIAL: Dig underground and appear to do a surprise attack! Can be canceled early by inputting it again, but causes more endlag

DSPECIAL: A tail slap that leads into a spike ball that wrapps

USPECIAL: A spinning move which travels upwards
