With the new update and influx of players from the Steam Summer Sale of 2020, I am issuing a quick reference guide for interpersonal relations.
Short, sweet, and regarding all players (no matter how many hours or what stage of the game they came in at)

1) Do not make racist, homophobic, ableist, or sexist remarks against other players.

That's it. Talk trash, but leave the bigotry out.
