Wallet

This is a simple wallet addon created to add money to the game. In order to operate it, there are a few commands, both console and chat.

Chat Commands:
"/balance" - Tells you the current amount of money you have in your wallet.
"/pay <player> <amount>" - Takes <amount> out of your wallet and gives it to <player>. Does not accept negative values.
"/addmoney <player> <amount>" - Conjures <amount> of money out of nowhere into <player>'s wallet. Accepts negative values.

Console Commands:
These are the same as their chat counterparts.
wallet_balance
wallet_pay
wallet_addmoney

In addition, we have some Console Variables (ConVars) to change how the addon works.
wallet_startingmoney - Sets the starting balance of players not registered in the database.
wallet_moneyadd_sa_only - 0 = Only admins or higher can use the moneyadd command; 1 = Only super admins can use the moneyadd command.

This addon also has support for ARCBank[coderhire.com], by ARitz Cracker.
