changing any of these values with admin system?
"cm_maxspecials" - i guess this one is the same as in admin system list of command - "scripted_user_func limit,maxspecials,0"
but this is only good for spawning specials manually, i think problem is with the other values, but i cant tell if what i input even has any effect apart from being able to spawn less specials by hand

so far i only have fun like this ^ slows time down, lowers gravity, speeds you up and gives explosive ammo so you dont have to slow reload. only fun when playing matrix against specials.
but needs to get something done about accuracy and rate of fire, since that becomes trash when time is slowed down...
yep, works like a charm. now just need to learn the rest on my own
