"After seeing the first image's briefcase, a man went to search many areas for that briefcase. When the briefcase was found, there was an engineer holding the briefcase open, right as this image was taken, the engineer noticed the man. The man did survive but has been very paranoid now. The engineer in the image is possibly an accomplice to the masked man, as they both have similar traits and both have been in possession of the briefcase. In the image, the briefcase seems to have some sort of objects inside of it, nobody is sure what they are yet but the authorities are now investigating all nearby areas."
