Hello there, I decided to make an Achievement Guide for those who need 100% completion for Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour.

NOTE: You can use cheats to get almost all the achievements. But this guide is more for a clean playthrough.

Shake It, Baby
Tip an exotic dancer.
Exotic dancers are the Dancers/Strippers who dance erotically for money. You can find the Strippers by selecting Episode 1: "L.A. Meltdown" and then select "Red Light District". Find the Strip Club, walk up towards any Stripper and press ‘E’ to tip them. Duke will say "Shake it, baby!" or "You wanna dance?" and they will show their breasts to you, unlocking the achievement and probably a boner.

All Too Easy
Find a secret area.
Just find a secret area. Shouldn’t be that hard, the very first level is full of them.

Piece of Cake
Complete "L.A. Meltdown" on any difficulty.
Story related, cannot be missed.
To unlock the achievement much faster, select Episode 1: "L.A. Meltdown" and then select "The Abyss". If you're using the in-game Cheats, you can reach the boss in less than 15 seconds, by literally walking through the wall to the right of where you first spawn at.

Let's Rock
Complete "Lunar Apocalypse" on any difficulty.
Story related, cannot be missed.
To unlock the achievement much faster, select Episode 2: "Lunar Apocalypse" and then select "Overlord". If you're using the in-game Cheats, you can reach the boss in less than 10 seconds, by literally walking through the wall to the left of where you first spawn at.

Come Get Some
Complete "Shrapnel City" on any difficulty.
Story related, cannot be missed.
To unlock the achievement much faster, select Episode 3: "Shrapnel City" and then select "Stadium". This level is the shortest level in the game and also the simplest. The final boss fight is at the very start of the stadium against the Cycloid Emperor.

Damn, I'm Good
Complete "The Birth" on any difficulty.
Story related, cannot be missed.
To unlock the achievement much faster, select Episode 4: "The Birth" and then select "The Queen". If you're using the in-game Cheats, you can reach the boss in less than 20 seconds, by literally walking through the walls right in front of you.

I Never Inhaled
Use the hookah in High Times.
Story related, cannot be missed. This can only be done on the first level of "Alien World Order" called "High Times". During the level, you need to find the hookah and get high with it.

It Happens
Step in a pile of excrement.
For this achievement, you need to find and step in a pile of poo. The fastest and simplest way to obtain this achievement is by selecting Episode 5: "Alien World Order" and then select "Tour De Nukem". At the very start of the level, walk through the door and in the top right corner will be a pile of poo. Step in the pile and the achievement will unlock.

Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em
Use the Incinerator
The Incinerator is a new weapon that is found in the new Episode 5: "Alien World Order". Simply kill one enemy using the incinerator for this achievement to pop.

More Than 2 Weapons At Once?
Carry all weapons with ammo at once.
These are the weapons required to be held/have ammo for in order for the achievement to unlock:

- Duke's Mighty Foot (always available)
- Pistol
- Shotgun
- Chaingun
- RPG
- Pipebomb
- Shrinker
- Expander
- Devastator
- Laser Tripbomb
- Freezethrower
- Incinerator

As the Incinerator is only found in Episode 5: Alien World Order, this is the only set of levels where the achievement can be obtained without the use of the cheat menu.
I personally obtained this in Level 4 of Episode 5: Mirage Barrage; the level has a ton of enemies that carry ammo for just about everything. If you play through the episode from the beginning of Level 1: High Times, you should already have most of what you need. As you progress through Mirage Barrage, you will come across rooms that contain the more uncommon weapons/ammo, such as the Freezethrower, Shrinker, and Expander. Just be sure to search every room thoroughly so you don't overlook anything.

I'm Back, Baby
Complete "Alien World Order" on any difficulty.
Story related, cannot be missed.
To unlock the achievement much faster, select Episode 5: "Alien World Order" and then select "Hollywood Inferno". If you're using the in-game Cheats, then you can reach the boss in less than 10 seconds, by literally walking through the walls to the left of where you spawn at.

Duke's Mighty Foot
Step on 40 enemies after using the Shrinker on them.
For this achievement, you need to use the Shrinker to shrink an enemy and then step on them while they're still shrunken. You'll get this eventually during your progress.

Or you can simply shrink an enemy, save the game, walk on him, reload the savegame 39 times.

Take No Prisoners
Kill every enemy on a level.
For this achievement, you need to kill every enemy on a level. This can be done anywhere, but it should be noted that difficulty has an effect on this achievement. The difficulty will add more enemies to a level, making you have to kill even more enemies than a much lower difficulty. For that reason, it's best to attempt the achievement on "Piece of Cake" difficulty. Once you've killed every enemy in any level, the achievement will unlock during the results completed screen.

Invaders Must Die!
Kill 1000 enemies.
Self-explanatory, simply kill 1000 enemies and the achievement will unlock. This is cumulative throughout your playthroughs, even when starting a new game.

Roast 'Em
Burn 50 bad guys to death.
Self-explanatory. Just burn 50 enemies to death using the incinerator.

Buzz Off
Kill a Firefly Trooper while it's flying small.
NOTE: This will not unlock on the “Piece of Cake” or “Let’s Rock” difficulties.

The Firefly Trooper is a new enemy in Episode 5. You can unlock this on the level ‘High Times’ on the “Come Get Some” difficulty. When you find a Firefly Trooper, you need to kill them while they're flying small. This means you kill them in their shrunken state, which can easily be done with the RPG or Devastator weapon for splash damage.

Nukem All
Kill 5 bad guys with one shot.
This isn't as difficult as it sounds and can be done on a large group of enemies. To obtain the achievement, you need to kill 5 enemies with a single shot and is best done with the RPG or the pipebombs. I recommend using the pipebombs since it can be thrown multiple times and it counts as a single shot. Select the pipebombs and throw one but don’t press the button yet, select the pipebombs again and throw it.

Rage Engage
Kill 10 bad guys in 10 seconds while on steroids.
This is extremely easy. Just kill 10 enemies in 10 seconds while on steroids. You can use the RPG or the pipebombs method to make it easier.

Oomph, Uugh, Where Is It?
Find 70 secret areas.
This is for finding at least 70 out of a possible 244 secret areas in the game. No need to be different secret areas, you can utilize the Playback Feature and keep finding the same one over and over again.

Alien Maggots are Gonna Pay
Finish the "Hollywood Holocaust" level in under 3 minutes.
This achievement is extremely easy with or without Cheats. It requires you to finish the first level "Hollywood Holocaust" which is found in Episode 1: "L.A. Meltdown" in under 3 minutes or less and if you're using the in-game Cheats, then you can beat "Hollywood Holocaust" in less than 15 seconds.

Just rush to the exit

Cheating!
Use a cheat code.
Here's a list of cheats you can use and how to activate them.

Doomed Marine
Find the Doomguy in the Level "Death Row".
This is a Secret Area that is an Easter Egg to the Doom series. To find the Secret Area, select Episode 1: "L.A. Meltdown" and then select "Death Row". It’s inside the church, interact with the altar to reveal the secret passageway behind the cross. Enter the area and look at the Doomguy then Duke will say: "That's one doomed space marine!" as the achievement unlocks.


















Duke, Use the Force!
Find Luke in the Level "Lunar Reactor".
This is a Secret Area that is a Easter Egg to the Star Wars Franchise. To find the Secret Area, select Episode 2: "Lunar Apocalypse" and then select "Lunar Reactor". Outside the place where you need to flip a switch to get through two crushing doors, there is a small cave. It is located directly below the gun turret. Although the jetpack is safer, it doesn't require it. You need a lot of health first. If you run (not jump) toward the rock face in front of you from the high ledge and hold forward, you can make it. It contains a shrinker, and the hanging corpse of Luke Skywalker. It should be noted that Duke needs to say: "Now this is a force to be reckoned with!" in order for the achievement to unlock. If Duke does not say this phrase, then try to re-enter the room again.


















Why So Serious!?!
Find Sam in "Mirage Barrage".
This is a Secret Area that is a Easter Egg reference to the Serious Sam series. To find the Secret Area, select Episode 5: "Alien World Order" and then select "Mirage Barrage". Get to the top of the stairs near the great pyramid. Instead of heading up the ramp, take a left and walk across the desert sand. Take a left and head toward the building with a smaller pyramidal shaped roof. drop down and walk up to dead Serious Sam. Then Duke will say: "Why So Serious!?! Sam!" and the achievement will unlock.


















See, I'm Tough Too!
Finish any level on "Damn, I'm Good" difficulty.
Self-explanatory. I would recommend playing the first level of the game, since it’s the easiest one.

I Never Knew This Was Here
Find any secret level.
NOTE: The achievement description is misleading. You need to finish a secret level to get the achievement.

First you need to find and play through a level that has a "Secret Level." Complete the level by using the "Secret Auto Destruct Switch" which takes you to the Secret Level. Here's a guide showing every secret of the game, including secret levels.

The earliest secret episode you can access is in Episode 1 entitled "Launch Facility" and is accessed from the fourth level, "Toxic Dump". After completing most of the level, you'll find yourself traveling along a river of sludge taking out Octobrains. Keep an eye on the left wall for a crack (it will be lit up) and shoot it with either your RPG or pipe bombs. Open it up and you'll find the secret level exit. Once in a Secret Level, complete it as you normally would and the achievement will unlock at the completed results screen.

That's What She Said
Listen to Developer Commentary (Use at least one trigger).
You need to listen to any Developer Commentary that you find during your playthrough. They look like white icons with a microphone inside it. To use this feature, go into "Options" => "Game Settings" => and select "Developer Commentary". When you find a commentary, walk up to it and press ‘E’ and the achievement will unlock.
