[TFA][AT] SVD Dragunov

Since the pseudo-descriptive lores i write in my addons' descriptions have been taken far too seriously, i'll keep myself off to writing only the truth.

The SVD (Snaiperskaya Vintovka Dragunova, Dragunov's Marksman Rifle) is a particular AK Variant ( more of a rifle based on the Kalashnikov pattern) suited for 7.62x54mmR. In WW2, The Red Army noticed once again how versatile the cartridge was, therefore a more reliable, stable and lightweight choice in the good old 7.62x54mmR would have done a great job. The SVD came a bit too late, in 1963, but defined a new attack class: a Field Sniper. Someone who would still be taken as part of the infantry, but would act as a firepower multiplier and would also use a large caliber rifle, occasionally even with scopes. The SVD passed in history to have a sleek design, reliable function, strong power and great accuracy.
