Risk Generations (Blank Map)

Do you like Risk? Yes? Well how about a Risk game where your choices in each game will affect all future games? Well this takes parts from a few risk games, and adds some spice of my own.

Maybe you want to build a city that will permanently add to a territory's value.
What if you want to name a Region, so that when you own it, you'll get a +1 to the Region Bonus.
Maybe even get the space station event, and add a new board to the game. By colonizing the Moon, or the Asteroid Belt.
Perhaps you want to watch the world burn, and make sure the Invading Aliens survive the game. Causing the Territory to constantly spawn Hostile to all guardians.

Win by being the last player standing, or by collecting 4 red stars, and keeping them till your next turn. Each new board you add to the game can add 1 or 2 red stars to the number needed to win. But don't worry if you're the first to colonize it, you also get that many stars.

Update has fleshed out the Non-Player factions. These factions will have their behavior described on the left-hand side of Pluto's board. Not all factions will come into play at the start of the game, or might not show up at all.

May history remember your name, and the worlds bear your creations.
