Mini Winona Rework

This mod adds to Winona's perks to make her more interesting to play.

One of the main additions is the Handy Wrench. The wrench works as a weapon, dealing the same damage as a Dark Sword to clockwork beings and the damage of a spear to everything else.
With this new tool, Winona can also improve the performance of her spotlight and catapults, as well as interact with her other machines.
Using the Handy Wrench, Winona can:
- Increase the attack speed of her catapults by 67%.
- Increase the radius of her spotlight's light by about 41%.
- Turn her regular generator on & off.
- Take gems out of her G.E.M.erator.

With this mod, Winona also gains access to a new machine: the Gearing Wheel. The Gearing Wheel allows anyone to control Winona's Spotlight and Catapult, giving them the ability to tell the machines where to point or attack, respectively. The Gearing Wheel can normally only control one machine at a time, but it'll be able to control multiple when used on a boat - using the same technology Steering Wheels use to steer masts.
Using her Handy Wrench, Winona can make the Gearing Wheel power the structure it's connected to as long as it's only connected to one.

Winona also gains the ability to patch up some of the damage a piece of armor has taken. Using her Trusty Tape, Winona can repair up to 34% of any armor item's durability. She can only do it once per item, though. Items that are already repaired with tape become "Patched."
